Open Positions

🟢 Full-Time English Teacher

Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~25–30 teaching hours/week Start Date: Flexible — rolling intake

🔵 Part-Time English Teacher

Schedule: Minimum 10 hours/week, evenings & weekends available Start Date: Immediate openings

What You'll Teach

We offer a full range of programs — you may be assigned to one or more depending on your strengths and interests:

• Young Learners (ages 3–6) — phonics, songs, play-based learning

• Children & Juniors (ages 7–15) — integrated skills, Cambridge/IELTS prep foundations

• IELTS & Academic Preparation — for students targeting band 5.5–7.5

• Conversational English for Adults — practical communication skills for professionals

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Native or near-native English proficiency

• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate (120 hours minimum) OR Bachelor's degree + recognized teaching certification

• Genuine enthusiasm for working with learners of all ages

• Reliable, professional, and punctual

Preferred (not required):

• Prior teaching experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia

• Experience with young learners or IELTS preparation

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field

We welcome applicants from: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, and other English-speaking countries. Non-native speakers with C2-level proficiency and relevant certification are also encouraged to apply.

💰 Competitive Compensation

• Full-time: 22,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND/month (gross), depending on qualifications and experience

• Part-time: 250,000 – 350,000 VND/teaching hour

Do I need to speak Vietnamese?

Not at all. Our classrooms are English-only environments and our local staff will support all administrative communication.

Is Đà Lạt safe for foreigners? 

Đà Lạt is consistently ranked among the safest cities in Vietnam for expats, with very low crime rates and a friendly local community.

Can I get a work permit through Skyline? 

Yes. Full-time teachers receive full work permit and visa support. We have an experienced HR team who has guided many foreign teachers through the process.

What is the class size?

Typically 8–15 students for younger learner classes, and up to 20 for adult and IELTS classes.

Is accommodation provided?

 We don't provide housing directly, but we actively help teachers find suitable, affordable accommodation near their assigned campus.
